Exposito, LLC ("FarmDrops," "we," "us") operates localfarmdrops.com and related delivery services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account & contact info: name, email, phone number, delivery address.
• Order & preference data: items reserved, subscription status, delivery notes.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Device & usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How we use information

• Process orders, subscriptions, and deliveries.
• Communicate about your account, drops, and customer service.
• Send newsletters and marketing (only with your consent — unsubscribe anytime).
• Prevent fraud, secure the service, and comply with law.
• Improve the site and our produce selection.

3. Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (Stripe for payments, Supabase for hosting/database, Resend for email, delivery partners), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including California CCPA/CPRA, and other US state privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. FarmDrops is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

6. Data retention & security

We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
