Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fresh produce guarantee
If any item arrives damaged, spoiled, or missing, email hello@localfarmdrops.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will refund or replace the item on your next drop.
Order changes & cancellation
- You can modify or cancel a one-time reservation from your account up to 24 hours before the delivery date for a full refund.
- Within 24 hours of delivery, orders have already been packed and cannot be canceled.
Weekly subscriptions
- Skip any upcoming week from your account before the weekly cutoff (Wednesday 11:59pm ET).
- Cancel your subscription at any time from your account — no fees, no phone calls.
- Charges that have already processed before you cancel are not automatically refunded, but the corresponding delivery will still ship.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
