These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Exposito, LLC dba FarmDrops ("FarmDrops," "we," "us"). By using localfarmdrops.com or reserving a FarmDrop, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use FarmDrops.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Orders, subscriptions & payment
- Placing a reservation authorizes us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including any taxes and delivery fees.
- Weekly subscriptions renew automatically at the price displayed at signup until you cancel or skip a week from your account.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; you are bound by Stripe's terms in addition to ours.
- Product availability is subject to farm supply and may substitute with items of equal or greater value.
4. Delivery
We deliver to eligible zip codes in the Charlotte, NC region. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and for ensuring perishable items are collected promptly after delivery.
5. Refunds & cancellations
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If produce arrives damaged or spoiled, contact us within 48 hours for a refund or replacement.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, resell FarmDrops products without permission, scrape our site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or upload unlawful content.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, text, photos, code — is owned by Exposito, LLC or our partner farms and is protected by US and international IP laws. You may not copy or redistribute it without written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FarmDrops' total liability arising from or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of FarmDrops after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
