A note from the farmer
"We only harvest twice a year and the bees always come first. When the jars are gone, they're gone until next season."

The Story
Our two hives sit at the edge of the orchard, working the wildflowers, clover, and apple blossom that surround the farm. We pull frames just twice a year and leave the bees plenty for winter.
Each jar is filled cold, with a square of capped comb dropped in before the honey is poured around it. Spread the comb on toast, chew the wax, or let it slowly dissolve into tea.
